INTRODUCTION

Hello and welcome to my website, Dauphin2.com.  Back in 2007 I started building a detailed

production list of Dauphin helicopters, tracing each airframe as far as I could. After a while i

realised I needed to expand from a simple excel file and enter the www world. After a steep

learning curve (which is still curving), the first pages were loaded on 17th May 2009. The site

at first was purely focused on the Dauphin, but after a while I started to expand with other

types, such as the EC135 and S-76. As I expanded, my skill set became better, which meant

that I needed to upgrade all of my older pages, in some cases twice!!  As if this wasn`t

enough to do, I  decided I wanted to add all of my pictures to the site, and just as I started

to do this, disaster has struck. A new laptop and the ever increasing technology rendered

my site builder useless, I can no longer edit any old pages. So, a new programme was purchased

and work has begun in earnest on rewriting every page (over 3000).  Obviously this will take

an enormous amount of time, so please bare with me whilst I soldier on!!!
